A few weeks ago Ceyda and i took a trip to Scotland to look after my parents we had a lovely time and spent a magical weekend on the West Coast.

| The rear side of Ben Nevis when i was 19 i climbed Ben Nevis as part of the 3 peaks challenge -- the three highest mountains in Scotland England and Wales in 24hrs... it is still the greatest challenge i have ever fulfilled and i want to redo the 3 peaks in the year of my 40th birthday for charity ! |
