Today Ceyda and i made not one but two cakes for Ks birthday. There was also a birthday rocket that did not surive its launch off the Kitchen table. When i asked Ceyda what she wanted to buy daddy for his birthday she replied A present to Boys.. so i said ok what about a hat.. no she said thats to girls..i know lets make daddy a rocket : ) : ) and Carrot cake.
I got a bit daring and went for a DOUBLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE ICING the cake became a single layers when a tin of walnuts were placed oh so beautifully right in the centre of the cake batter... or the second tin.I think double layer though would have been a killer though cos this cake was just soooo good.
To think i even baked my staple Carrot Cake ( hubbies fave) in case i got this one wrong. : ) Cake overdose !!
